Hwy 102 - Exit 5A for Aerotech Park

then 13.5 KM down HWY-212E - Old Guysborough Road.

Right on to Miller Road.

1.6 KM down Miller Road - bare Right at the fork.

Your are now on the Gated Road to the Ride Park.

NSORRA Now Accepting 2012 Membership Applications

 

You can now complete and submit your membership application electronically, and pay using PayPal!

NSORRA is now accepting applications for 2012 memberships.  NSORRA strongly encourages all off-road motorcycle enthusiasts in Nova Scotia to join.  Membership supports the Association's advocacy efforts, while providing member benefits to you, the rider.  Visit our "How to Join" page for more information and application forms.

The Nova Scotia Off Road Riders Association (NSORRA) was formed to unite Off Road motorcyclists within Nova Scotia.

NSORRA Mission:

The Nova Scotia Off Road Riders Association (NSORRA) is the unified voice promoting and expanding the privileges and image of All Off Road motorcyclists in Nova Scotia.


NSORRA Guiding Principles:

1) Promoting Off Road Motorcycling as a healthy recreational and competitive sport.
2) Representing the interests of Off Road Motorcyclists of all ages.
3) Increasing public awareness of the sport and its benefits.
4) Promoting safety and responsible riding
5) Increasing riding opportunities through trail development and access to existing trails.
6) Elevating awareness and respect for the environment
7) Encouraging co-operation between all trail users in a respectful and responsible manner.

DRIVE TO RIDE - SUN. SEPT. 18!

Come out for some Fun and help celebrate our latest riding area !

Date: Sunday Sept 18, 2011

Time: 9am - 5pm

Location: Miller Meadow - HRM's new Ride Park

Cost: NSORRA Members - Free

Non Members - $10

For $15 New Members and 2012 renewals get entered for chance on a TTR110 and other prizes, to be drawn next spring at the NSORRA Annual General Meeting.

Features for the Drive to Ride Day:

- BBQ, Snacks and Drinks

- Provincial Training course for Kids Dirtbike Certificate

- Kids mini track riding area

- Sampling of new trails being created for the HRM Ride Park

- Trials event

- Large Open field for enduro skills ( Cornering, Braking and log crossings!)

- MX TRACK ACCESS : NSORRA has rented the MX Track ! (for September 18th ONLY)

MX track will be open for riding, in a scheduled manner for PRO, Amatures and Beginners wanting to try it out. The MX track is agreat way to practice jumps, cornering and braking in a controlled and challanging environment - its a great work out too ! This is a separate area from the HRM Ride Park and is a special access arrangement. Children under 12 may not be allowed on the MX track. Some of the jumps may be too challanging for small bikes.
